Mesotherapy - Skin Feeding

Often known as the Celebrity red carpet treatment - Mesotherapy (middle skin feeding / product penetration / collagen induction) is a long established aesthetic treatment, with outstanding results, that introduces small quantities of products into the skin to prevent and treat signs of ageing and specific skin concerns.  The technique can be used on both face and body, to rejuvenate the entire area in a completely natural looking way, regaining youthful looks, shape, elasticity and a noticeable, beautiful glow.

Needle Free Mesotherapy - Fusion XPERT

Needle-Free Mesotherapy is pain free with no downtime, and is a great way to introduce yourself to the treatment.  Our device combines electroporation with LED light therapy using the Fusion XPERT device. The treatment is gentle, but highly effective.   The Fusion XPERT is a new concept in non-invasive aesthetic medicine. An advanced approach to Mesotherapy based on a combination of electroporation & photo bio-stimulation, which enhances the transportation of products through the epidermis to the dermis via cellular pores. This process allows product to reach the heart of the cells, at the same time emitting an LED light to activate certain biological functions of the skin and the cells.

Needle Free Mesotherapy - Eporex Facial Rejuvenation

As we age, the body no longer produces the amount of nutrients that it once did, to keep skin looking youthful. This is compounded by harmful toxins and environmental damage.  With Eporex, it is possible to reverse this trend.  Treatment begins with Eporex skin purification. This uses ultrasound waves to prepare the skin, removing dead cells and thoroughly cleansing the tissue. This further benefits the infusion of nutrients that follows, allowing them to penetrate more easily and safely, reducing the skin's natural barrier and ensuring any bacteria on the skin's surface is removed.  The next treatment phase focuses on the infusion of nutrients deeply into the skin.  Many topical creams and lotions contains ingredients such as hyaluronic acid or collagen. However, the molecular size of these ingredients is far too great to  penetrate through the outer layer of skin in order to improve skin quality.  Eporex's technology is though, able to introduce large concentrations of these large molecules, to depth into skin tissue.  

Eporex treatment achieves immediate and progressive skin hydration, firming the tissue and reducing fine lines and wrinkles. It lifts loose skin, combating thinning of the dermis.   Results are noticeable from the first treatment and each week as the course progresses.  Typically a course of seven treatments, two treatments in the first week followed by one per week. Thereafter, it is recommended that an Eporex facial is a monthly treatment, as the benefits will continue to build.

Nappage Mesotherapy / Micro Injection - Mesoestetic Mesohyal (CE)

Nappage Mesotherapy is a treatment comprising of shallow micro-injections that deliver microscopic quantities of hyaluronic acid and pharmacosmeceuticals, vitamins, minerals, growth factors, biomimetic peptides, and amino acids. These directly feed into the skin dermis to target skin rejuvenation, anti-ageing, certain skin conditions, and above all a highly moisturised, hydrated and plump skin with a beautiful radiant glow that just keeps on improving!

A numbing cream can be applied, although the treatment is usually extremely well tolerated and without much discomfort or down time.

Fractional Mesotherapy / MicroNeedling - Mesoestetic, Fusion and Institute BCN

Fractional Mesotherapy is a relatively new treatment, which combines Microneedling with Mesotherapy.  The first key benefit from Fractional Mesotherapy is the induction of collagen by controlled wounding. Collagen induction builds layers of the supporting intracellular matrix, promoting healthy, resilient skin that looks younger. The second key benefit from Fractional Mesotherapy is increasing transdermal penetration of actives, facilitating higher product concentrations in the dermis. This has the potential to make topical treatments more effective. Studies suggest that using a skin needling system can increase the effectiveness of topical treatments by several hundred percent.

As Fractional Mesotherapy includes microneedling, there is an expected degree of mild discomfort and a small period of downtime involved.  However this is generally mild and well tolerated and would be discussed with you in depth at your free consultation.  Numbing cream will also be applied.  The results achieved can be greater than that with Nappage and/or the Fusion XPERT device, however the chosen method is entirely based on your preference.  We can also combine two or all three methods of Mesotherapy to target certain areas of the skin and concerns.  For more information on microneedling, click here.
